Here are just a handful of things tech. professionals do on daily basis resulting they are paid handsomely.
1. Evaluate multiple dominion:
A doctor performing a complex surgery at Nevada while sitting here in his room in India. A pilot flying a Boeing sets the plane to auto pilot for 15 minutes. Ms. Atkinson wants to make sure whether her daughter has made to the college in time or still in the traffic using her GPS.
There are plentiful or simply we can say every sector where the involvement of a Tech. professional can be seen. They are simply omnipresent. All of the above can happen due to a team of tech. professionals in a matter of a year. The ability to learn new things, fast, and become crack jack enough to do some work in that domain is crucial. Not many people can do it and the mental stress from switching contexts can be high
2. Solve tough intellectual issues caused by some other’s design
When you land to someone else design because there is an issue, you now need to “map up” the design in your brain, understand what the original designer meant to do and try to find out what went wrong, then fix it, in line with what the author generally meant, or find a way to do it your own way and make some desired or necessary changes to the original arithmetic intelligence design.
3. Estimate the quantity of work needed to fulfill a group of jobs, even if they’ve never completed such jobs.
Yes I said estimate, doesn’t sound that hard, but often times this estimate is miss-comprehended as a sure deadline, so whether you can do it or not doesn’t matter, overtime, wakeful nights and insane amounts of coffee will occur.
4. Skim the minds
I don’t mean to say that techie’s are telepathic but what I do mean is that the tech. professionals are easily able to hypothesize what the client wants, regardless of their poor choice of words to describe their requirements.
5. Skill
A good software engineer loves the job, and ultimately it’s what pushes them to become better and better, until one day they turn around and realize they are a 10x fast and forward. They are able to produce a lot of functionality, in a well written manner, tested, documented with all the bells and whistles the client wanted in an impressive amount of time.
6. Software Development
Software can be used by an arbitrarily high number of users (potentially billions) with negligible incremental cost, allowing each professional’s work to produce millions of dollars in annual gross profit and stock appreciation.
