Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to gather insights and technical information about our media products.
- Develop high-quality technical documentation, including user guides, manuals, API documentation, and more.
- Translate intricate technical details into clear and comprehensible content suitable for both technical and non-technical users.
- Conduct in-depth research to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical documentation.
- Continuously improve existing documentation by incorporating feedback and staying up-to-date with the latest product developments.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and address any queries related to technical content
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer within the media, technology, or related industry.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in conveying complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with documentation tools and version control systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
Understanding of media production processes, digital content creation, and multimedia technologies.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) and markdown language.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
A creative approach to technical writing, with a focus on storytelling.
